Sam Flesner

Sam Flesner, EMBA, PLD

President · Commercial Broker

Experienced President and Commercial Team Lead with a demonstrated history in real estate, private equity, and consulting for small- and medium-sized businesses. Skilled in negotiation, investment sales, real property, and tenant/landlord representation, with a strong business development background and an HBS graduate.

Founded a holistic medical practice and building-systems consultancy, leveraging deep relationships and operational experience to improve systems, efficiencies, workplace culture, and financial outcomes with tangible data analytics. Active in ICSC, CCIM, and CTCAR organizations and volunteers with the First Tee of Austin, Habitat for Humanity, and Ronald McDonald House.

Outside of work, he enjoys gourmet cooking, golfing, and time with his family and two dogs.

Daniel Stein

Daniel Stein

Commercial Team Lead

Daniel brings a decade of executive sales experience and a background in commercial buildings and HVAC (Trane, Comfort Systems). He founded an indoor air quality consulting firm, improving workplace health and financial outcomes, before transitioning to commercial real estate in 2019.

Active in industry organizations, he has served on BOMA and AAFAME boards and currently serves on CTCAR and the CCIM Central Texas Chapter board (Education Committee chair).

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, golfing, and time with his wife.

Rebecca Nichols

Rebecca Nichols

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

Rebecca brings experience in property development and market dynamics to Aspen Realty Partners, where she focuses on real estate transactions across Central Texas.

A creative at heart, Becky also designs custom permanent jewelry through her company WeldedATX.

Outside of the office, she's mostly at home, at the track with her children, or at the golf course.

Stephen Malta

Stephen Malta

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

A third-generation real estate professional, Stephen serves as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Aspen Realty Partners while supporting brokerage operations. In this role, he connects brokers, lenders, capital partners, and operating teams across the Central Texas industrial market.

Previously, as an investment initiative lead at the Bay Area Council, Stephen spent over two years advancing regional initiatives across a vast cross-sector network. Convening institutional banks, family offices, pension funds, community foundations, and public officials ranging from city and county offices up to the California State Treasurer, he hosted, moderated, and participated on multi-panel forums with partners like KPMG, in addition to presenting to the Bay Area chapter CFA and CAIA societies.

Stephen is an active member of CTCAR and the CCIM Institute and a USF Business Administration graduate.

Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, hosting dinners, running and biking the Lady Bird Lake trail, and Austin's live music.

Jake Molina

Jake Molina

Commercial Real Estate Advisor

With 10 years in real estate, Jake has built a diverse background spanning multi-family investment, luxury residential, farm and ranch acreage, and commercial properties. He started by working with investors on Class A and B apartment complexes and single-family rental flips before transitioning into high-value residential and commercial transactions across Central Texas.

He now specializes in connecting commercial buyers and sellers nationwide, as well as estate planning involving luxury and land assets. Known for his attention to detail and ability to keep deals on track, he has closed over $8 million in the past year while ensuring every transaction is handled smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of work, Jake enjoys watching Premier League matches, attending Texas Longhorns football games, grilling steaks, and training for marathons with his wife.

Gian Butts

Gian Butts

Intern

Gian is an intern studying Economics at The University of Texas at Austin, after graduating from Westlake High School in 2025. He has a developing interest in both commercial and residential real estate, and is building a strong analytical skill set through his economics coursework along with growing experience in technical research and collaborative problem-solving.

His focus is on applying economic insight and research to real estate markets, with particular interest in property valuation, investment analysis, and the relationship between community growth and the built environment.

Outside of academics and work, he enjoys rock climbing, golfing, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.
